Welcome to Amperor. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including Amperor Workspace (also referred to as Amperor OS) and its tools: Finance Management, People Management, and Project Management.
By accessing or using Amperor or Amperor Workspace, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Amperor and Amperor Workspace are cloud-based platforms that provide AI-powered tools for managing company operations, including finance/transactions, HR and people management, project and task management, and an AI assistant that can answer questions about your company data.
2. Account Registration
To use the service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for:
- illegal activities
- data scraping or system abuse
- reverse engineering
- distributing malware or harmful software
4. Data Usage
Users retain ownership of the data they upload to Amperor Workspace. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your data solely for the purpose of providing platform functionality.
5. AI Assistance
Amperor Workspace provides AI-generated responses based on your company data. These responses are informational and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.
6. Subscription & Billing
Amperor Workspace operates on a subscription model. Payments are processed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing cycle. You may add or remove individual tools (modules) from your subscription as described on the billing page.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business losses, data inaccuracies generated by AI, or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
