Ezlyn's Playland: Privacy Policy
Effective 6 October 2026
Ezlyn's Playland is a learning game for young children (about 2 to 5 years old), made by Amperor Tech. It was built for a parent's own daughter, and it is designed so that it does not need to know anything about your child or you.
1. We collect nothing
The app does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal or usage data. Specifically:
- No accounts, sign-in, names, emails or photos
- No advertising of any kind
- No analytics, tracking, crash-reporting or other third-party SDKs
- No in-app purchases or payment information
- No use of the microphone, camera, location, contacts or photo library
- The app makes no network connections: it works fully offline
2. What stays on the device
The app remembers a few things on the device itself so it can work: the stars earned in each game and the sound setting. This information never leaves the device, we cannot see it, and it is deleted when the app is deleted.
3. Children's privacy
The app is made for children and follows the Apple App Store Kids Category rules, Google Play's Families policy and the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because no personal information is collected from anyone, no parental consent is needed to use it. The grown-ups' area (sound settings and tips) is behind a parental gate. The app contains no links out of the app and nothing to buy.
4. App stores
Apple and Google handle downloads and updates under their own privacy policies. If you have chosen to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may send us anonymous crash reports. We use these only to fix bugs.
5. Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We will never start collecting data from children.
